Melisa Uchida is a master yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, Pilates & barre instructor, yoga teacher trainer, mom of three, intuitive, minority business owner, writer, mental health awareness advocate, a student of life and health & wellness teacher trainer with over 20 years of experience in the the fitness & wellness industry. 

Melisa’s mission is simple: to serve and inspire humanity in order to raise the vibration of the planet, improve quality of life, reduce suffering and pain. She loves getting people excited and feeling good by moving their bodies, discipline their minds, and connecting with source. Her three-fold approach to optimum wellbeing includes the three M’s: movement, mindfulness & meditation. Melisa supports clients by helping them identify where they are out of alignment, so they can live fully integrated, aware, authentic and joyful lives.
