Feel like you’ve hit a plateau in your teaching, like something is missing, but you don’t know what? Need a jump-start? Maybe you finished teacher training, and aren’t teaching, but miss the camaraderie and guidance of training. Life got busy, and you haven’t had time to practice or study yoga lately and you want more!
Plateaus happen all the time. They mean you’ve mastered something, and you’re comfortable at doing it, or not doing it. But if you realize the plateau and you’re ready to move beyond it - get ready for mentorship.
MaKa Movement’s Mentorship Program is designed to serve as an after-care from teacher training so to speak, regardless of how long it’s been since you graduated. Mentorship provides one-on-one guidance, wisdom, and practical feedback, as well as ongoing education in yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, asana and living yoga. Mentorship provides individual focus, with someone who has your best interests at heart. Personalized programs are based on your goals, skills and where you are now. This program is designed to identify your strengths and weaknesses. We will work on your weaknesses and emphasis your strengths.
Over the course of eight-weeks, possible areas to of study include:
You have the convenience of meeting with your mentor on-on-one, at a times, and locations that work for you.
Homework, assignments, writing/journaling, asana practice, reading and reflection will take additional time outside the mentorship on-on-one hours.
